This website is operated by Mr James N Crinnion MD FRCS, Consultant General, Vascular and Endocrine Surgeon. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Mr Crinnion is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, title, email address, telephone number, preferred hospital and the content of your message. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form.
