Meet Mr James Crinnion, a consultant surgeon specialising in general, vascular and endocrine surgery.

Mr Crinnion qualified from Leeds University Medical School in 1987 and trained in Leeds, Sheffield and London.

His approach begins with listening, explaining your options and creating a plan suited to your needs.

He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) for a two-year research project in vascular surgery, and in 1999 was appointed Consultant Vascular and General Surgeon at Whipps Cross University Hospital, East London. He has since built a large practice in general, vascular and endocrine surgery, with a particular interest in thyroid and parathyroid operations and minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins.

Mr Crinnion has been an NHS consultant surgeon at the Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross University Hospital, where he cares for patients with a wide range of general, vascular and endocrine conditions.

He is committed to surgical education and research, helping to train the next generation of surgeons and improve outcomes for patients.

Mr Crinnion qualified from Leeds University Medical School in 1987 and trained in Leeds, Sheffield and London. He was awarded an MD for research in vascular surgery and has been an NHS consultant surgeon at Whipps Cross University Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. He has chaired the Court of Examiners at the Royal College of Surgeons and the North-East Thames Specialist Training Committee in General Surgery.
